Role: Functional Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end HAM and SAM processes
- Manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement
- Ensure software license compliance and audit readiness
- Collaborate with IT, procurement, finance, and vendor teams
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation
- Support implementation and enhancement of asset management tools
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve processes
Key Requirements and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong hands-on experience in HAM and SAM
- Deep understanding of IT asset lifecycle management
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Good to have:
- Knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience in software licensing and compliance audits
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies
