Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Collaboration Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure & Collaboration Manager to lead and optimize our Microsoft 365 ecosystem while driving AI enablement and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, collaboration platforms, tenant migrations, automation, and cloud infrastructure, with a strong focus on security, governance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, administration, and governance of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenant operations, platform security, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Design and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations, M&A integrations, and hybrid messaging and identity solutions.
• Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered collaboration tools, and workflow automation using PowerShell, Power Automate, Azure Automation, and Logic Apps.
• Develop governance policies for Microsoft Teams, collaboration platforms, and information management.
• Partner with Security teams to implement identity, access management, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Purview policies.
• Mentor IT team members, manage vendor relationships, and act as the escalation point for complex Microsoft 365 issues.
• Continuously improve platform reliability, security, and operational efficiency through automation and standardization.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and collaboration services.
• 3+ years in a senior technical or platform leadership role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Exchange Online (Hybrid preferred)
  • Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone)
  • SharePoint Online
  • Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Microsoft Azure
• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, M&A integrations, and identity management.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Solid understanding of DNS, authentication, identity, and secure email gateway solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI-driven automation.
• Exposure to Azure AI Services, OpenAI integrations, or chatbot solutions.
• Experience implementing Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Purview, and enterprise collaboration governance.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
