B2B Tele sales Executive

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication and telesales skills with a clear and professional accent
  • Proven experience in B2B outbound sales / cold calling
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and closing abilities
  • Ability to identify and connect with decision-makers
  • Comfortable working in target-driven sales environments
  • Ability to work during US business hours

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline preferred
  • Minimum experience in telesales / business development / outbound sales
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage
  • Prior international sales experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective business clients
  • Generate leads, schedule meetings, and close sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and negotiations professionally
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Update CRM systems with call outcomes, leads, and sales progress
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
