Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Administrative/EA Manager to lead a high-performing team of Executive Assistants and Administrative/Onboarding Specialists serving our US clients. This individual will be responsible for team management, client communication, operational delivery, and acting as a key escalation point to ensure service excellence and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of Executive Assistants and Administrative/Onboarding Specialists.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and capacity planning.
  • Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Client Engagement:

  • Act as the primary escalation point for US clients for all administrative services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins and feedback sessions.
  • Collaborate with US counterparts and internal teams to ensure aligned and proactive service delivery.

Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure all SLAs, KPIs, and deliverables are met with high quality and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and audits on team output and communication standards.
  • Provide process enhancements to improve productivity, client satisfaction, and team morale.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Maintain dashboards and performance reports for leadership and client reviews.
  • Lead weekly status calls, client retrospectives, and internal team huddles.

India Operations and Administrative Management:

  • Collaborate with India Leadership to support local operations, logistics and administration

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business Administration or related field).
  • 6+ years of experience in an EA/Admin role, with 2+ years in team leadership.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with US-based clients or global delivery centers.
  • Strong communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in tools like Outlook, MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management platforms.
