Role: Functional Consultant
Must Have Skills – Technical:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers to resolve technical issues related to SAP Concur
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to the SAP Concur platform, including integrations with third-party systems, expense reporting, travel booking, and more.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the support ticketing system. Document common solutions and best practices in knowledge base articles.
- Assist customers with navigating the SAP Concur system, offering guidance on best practices, troubleshooting steps, and optimization strategies to improve user experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, ensuring a swift resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Continuously stay updated on SAP Concur product updates, new features, and functionality to ensure you provide accurate and relevant support.
- Actively monitor system alerts for performance issues and assist in managing system outages or incidents to minimize customer disruption.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and ensuring they are utilizing SAP Concur to its full potential.
