Job Highlights:
We are looking for a high-performing Java Developer Lead who can design, develop, and
deliver scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical
expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS, along with hands-on experience in
Kafka and NoSQL/Redis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performing backend systems using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions ensuring reliability and performance.
- Integrate distributed systems using Kafka or other event-driven messaging platforms.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product) to deliver end-to-end features.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS Cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide junior developers in best coding practices and architecture principles.
- Collaborate in code reviews, system design discussions, and process improvements.
Technical Skills Required:
- Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
- AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS, etc.)
- Kafka for message streaming and integration
- NoSQL Databases (Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills
