- Hands-on RPA development experience with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere
- Proficiency in AA A360, Bot Creator, Bot Runner, Control Room operations
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, queues, triggers, and bot lifecycle management
- Experience with IQ Bot / Document Automation (preferred)
- Ability to work with SQL databases, APIs, and web services
- Strong debugging, analytical, and communication skills
- Understanding of cloud-based automation and orchestration
