Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceMax Architect / Senior Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceMax solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, ensure adherence to architectural best practices and provide technical leadership to development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications.
- Define, implement, and enforce best practices related to architecture, data security, and performance optimization.
- Stay current with ServiceMax updates, Salesforce ecosystem enhancements, and emerging technologies to maintain strategic alignment.
- Lead and oversee solution development, customization, and deployment within the ServiceMax environment.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure solutions meet high standards of quality, scalability, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on ServiceMax experience, including design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong background in software architecture and system integration.
- Experience with Salesforce platform architecture is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with professional fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence technical direction.
