Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP VIM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ICC/BCC to support implementation, enhancement and production operations for SAP FIN VIM (Vendor Invoice Management). The ideal candidate will have solid experience working across end-to-end VIM project cycles and a strong understanding of workflow troubleshooting, configuration, and document processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in the selection, implementation, upgrade, and production support of SAP VIM/OpenText Vendor Invoice Management solutions.
- Work on E2E VIM implementations, upgrades, and rollouts using VIM versions 7.5, 7.6, and S/4HANA VIM.
- Handle VIM Configuration, including document processing, indexing, workflows, and integration components.
- Troubleshoot issues related to VIM workflows, indexing, exception handling, and document processing failures.
- Prepare and execute testing scenarios, test scripts, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless VIM operations and solution quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in SAP VIM/OpenText.
- Strong experience in ICC/BCC functionalities.
- Hands-on expertise in E2E SAP VIM implementation, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Experience working with VIM 7.5, 7.6, or S/4HANA VIM.
- Strong problem-solving skills in VIM workflow and document processing issues.
- Ability to create high-quality documentation including test cases and functional specs.
- Excellent communication and client-interaction skills.
