Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technology Solution Manager (TSM) to lead the design and delivery of complex, integrated technology solutions across enterprise clients. This senior role combines deep technical expertise with strong commercial acumen, owning end-to-end solutioning — from understanding client requirements to crafting value-driven proposals and ensuring deliverability for large-scale engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive, integrated technology solutions across infrastructure, cloud (public/private/hybrid), applications, data, and consulting services.
- Engage directly with client decision-makers and CxOs to understand business objectives and translate them into customized technology solutions.
- Own the end-to-end solution lifecycle — including risk identification, costing, profitability, and feasibility for complex, multi-million-dollar deals.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Pricing, Legal, and Delivery to ensure seamless execution of proposals and approvals.
- Drive solution strategy and architecture for multiple concurrent engagements, balancing innovation, practicality, and client value.
- Lead customer discussions, present solution architectures, and gain executive-level buy-in on proposed offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 17+ years of experience in technology solutioning, IT architecture, or enterprise pre-sales roles.
- Proven ability to design and lead large-scale IT and cloud transformation solutions.
- Strong techno-commercial expertise with experience in solution estimation, costing, and deal structuring.
- In-depth understanding of infrastructure, cloud (public/private/hybrid), automation, data, and AI technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience driving deals exceeding $10M TCV in enterprise environments.
Education:
- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA (preferably from a reputed or premier institute)
