Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deal Locker to lead large-scale enterprise deal pursuits and drive customer acquisition across strategic accounts. This role is focused on end-to-end sales ownership — from opportunity identification and qualification through to contract negotiation and closure. The ideal candidate will possess strong CxO-level connects, deep understanding of the IT services landscape, and the ability to influence multi-million-dollar technology transformation deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the complete sales cycle — from lead identification to contract signing — for high-value enterprise deals.
- Hunt and acquire new strategic customers while building long-term, sustainable relationships with senior stakeholders and CxOs.
- Understand client business imperatives and map them to relevant technology and service offerings.
- Lead consultative and solution-based selling to position the organization as a strategic business partner.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as Legal, Pricing, Solutioning, and Delivery to close deals exceeding $10M TCV.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (8–10+ years) in enterprise IT sales, business development, or large deal pursuits.
- Strong techno-commercial acumen and ability to drive consultative, concept-based sales discussions.
- Demonstrated success in creating, influencing, and closing large deals with enterprise clients.
- Exceptional CxO-level relationship management and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, cloud (public/hybrid), automation, and digital transformation domains.
- Strong collaboration skills to navigate internal and external ecosystems effectively.
Education:
- B.E / MBA (preferably from a premier institute)
